Core Organization Team

The core team is responsible for the overall coordination of the event. Each team member leads a specific area (program, production, communications, partnerships).

Event Director, Program Lead, Production Lead, Communications Lead, Partnerships Lead, Finance Manager.

Weekly all-hands call, shared task tracker, Slack or equivalent for async communication.
