Rencontre avec trois entrepreneurs qui préparent une société zéro carbone et zéro déchet
ZOOM. Eté 2015, les équipes de Ouishare et le collectif allemand OpenState se lancent dans une aventure inédite : réunir une centaine de designers, ingénieurs, et scientifiques pour prototyper une société zéro carbone et zéro déchet. Pendant 5 semaines, 12 technologies durables et open source ont été développées et une communauté internationale d’innovateurs s’est créée et développée. Les innovations proposées concernent la production d’énergie, la production alimentaire, la mobilité… 4 ans plus tard, nous avons eu envie de prendre des nouvelles : quel a été l’impact de POC21 pour les équipes qui y ont travaillé ? Où en sont-elles aujourd’hui ? Trois des douze porteurs de projets nous ont fait part de leurs avancées et perspectives.

Vers un numérique plus sobre, parole d’acteurs engagés
ZOOM. Si nos activités numériques sont virtuelles, leur impact écologique est bien réel. Ordinateurs, smartphones, data-centers, infrastructures de transport...tous sont tous très gourmands en matériaux et en énergie. On invite les individus à nettoyer leurs boites mails, mais les responsabilités sont plus largement partagées. Entreprises, designers, consommateurs... chacun dispose de leviers d’actions. ZOOM. In the summer of 2015, Ouishare's teams embarked on a big adventure: bringing together designers, engineers and scientists in a French castle to prototype a zero carbon and zero waste society. During 5 weeks, 12 sustainable technologies were developed and an international community of innovators was created. 4 years later, we wanted to know what happened next: what was the impact of POC21 for the teams that worked there? Where are they now? What are their next steps? An encounter with those who are preparing for a post-carbon society with low tech.

Making sense of what's next: Holding space for change in times of Climate Crisis
Leading scientists give our civilization something between 18 months to twelve years to implement the far-reaching changes that could limit the current climate emergency. Across generations, people engage is mass protest and young people feel justifiably betrayed. How to use art to unlock urban imaginaries and public spaces
The modern city has long been thought of as a machine, a device that must respond mechanically and efficiently to the needs created by car traffic or housing. On the contrary, we believe that cities need to be evolving, living systems and that public spaces can be welcoming places and sources of creation. We discussed the topic with Dan Acher, artivist at Happy City Lab, Camille Bonazzi, journalist and vice-president of Noise La Ville and Pascal Le Brun Cordier, artistic programmer and head of the Master 2 Professional Cultural Projects in Public Space.

La irrupción de las plataformas digitales, que han cambiado las reglas del juego en sectores como la movilidad, el turismo, la formación o las finanzas, están reconfigurando también las relaciones laborales y el futuro del trabajo. En España somos líderes europeos en trabajo de plataformas, un 17% de las personas en edad de trabajar realiza actividades por medio de dichas plataformas al menos una vez por semana.

How neighbourhood social networks can help communities and local businesses thrive
In the small state of Vermont, residents log on to Front Porch Forum, an online service, to ask for recommendations for a plumber, or to borrow a ladder, or to discuss the school budget. Unlike other social media, however, postings are aggregated and sent as a digest typically once a day. So members read postings from their neighbors only after they have been reviewed first by Front Porch Forum’s team of moderators. Michael Wood-Lewis, a founder of Front Porch Forum, spoke to Ouishare about the platform’s role in building community, increasing social capital, and, most recently, its take on Big Tech.

Communauté, mode d'emploi
Les valeurs communautaires reviennent en force. Le monde est plus complexe. Le numérique a réduit les distances et fluidifié les interactions comme jamais. Les descendants des hippies aux chemises fleuries qui embarquaient dans des combis Volkswagen pour aller faire l’amour et pas la guerre ont pris le relai. Et on commence à voir fleurir des communautés dans le monde de l’entreprise. Alors comment ça marche une communauté ? Pour nous éclairer, on a réuni au MAIF START-UP CLUB le 6 novembre, les représentants de trois organisations : Solène Aymon, “global community developer” de makesense, Sylvain Le Bon co-fondateur d’Happy Dev et enfin Martin Werlen, Connector de Ouishare.
