Ce que l'on a appris en construisant Ouishare
Comment définir Ouishare ? Tantôt collectif d’entrepreneurs ou d’indépendants, tantôt organisation “bottom-up”, parfois communauté ouverte ou encore incubateur de personnes. Un caractère diffus à l’image de l’une de nos valeurs : “permanent beta”. C’est ainsi que depuis 2012, nous construisons notre organisation de manière originale en confrontant nos idéaux à la réalité des situations conflictuelles.
