Le partenariat MAIF & Ouishare : une expérience inspirante d’innovation ouverte entre deux organisations
Retour d'expérience sur un partenariat atypique entre la MAIF et Ouishare, qui dure depuis 4 ans et qui a fait de Ouishare un laboratoire externalisé pour explorer et comprendre les codes d'un monde en mouvement.

À quoi devrait ressembler une salle de rédaction au 21e siècle ? Comment permettre aux banlieues de participer au récit collectif ? Pour esquisser des réponses à ces questions, nous avons rencontré Erwan Ruty. Erwan Ruty travaille depuis 20 ans dans des médias implantés dans les banlieues. En 1996, il était rédacteur "Société" pour Pote à Potes le premier mensuel dédié aux quartiers. Aujourd’hui, il développe Le Médialab93, un incubateur pour les médias et créatifs du 93.

Il y a 10 ans, à l’occasion du Grenelle de l’Environnement, le gouvernement français annonçait la mise en place de l’écotaxe, afin que les poids lourds, considérés comme les responsables de la détérioration rapide des routes nationales et départementales, contribuent à leur entretien. C’est exactement pour les mêmes raisons, qu’aujourd’hui, les principaux fournisseurs d’accès à Internet réclament la fin de la neutralité du Net, pour que les principaux pollueurs paient. Et l’acte I de cette partie s’est joué aux Etats-Unis, il y a un mois, lorsque la commission fédérale des communications (FCC) a déclaré la fin de la neutralité du net.

Supporting a city in the prefiguration of a Third Place
At the beginning of 2018, we assisted the city of Marmande and the Val de Garonne tourist office in the prefiguration of a hybrid venue dedicated to the future of festivals on a 40,000m2 industrial wasteland. This prefiguration phase aimed to define the conditions of feasibility and success of the project, to launch a community while proposing a pre-operational scenario. Abandoned since 2009, this wasteland is destined to become a place of emergence for the creative industries.

Ce que l'on a appris en construisant Ouishare
Comment définir Ouishare ? Tantôt collectif d’entrepreneurs ou d’indépendants, tantôt organisation “bottom-up”, parfois communauté ouverte ou encore incubateur de personnes. Un caractère diffus à l’image de l’une de nos valeurs : “permanent beta”. C’est ainsi que depuis 2012, nous construisons notre organisation de manière originale en confrontant nos idéaux à la réalité des situations conflictuelles.
